About Carolina

Carol worked with our family from 2023 to 2025 and cared for our two sons from infancy through toddlerhood. She supported my older son from 10 months to 2.5 years, and also helped with my younger son through his first year. She is exceptionally dependable, professional, and genuinely passionate about childcare. One of her strongest qualities is communication — she always approached things as a true partner. She raised concerns thoughtfully, collaborated on solutions, and handled common toddler challenges (teething, biting, emotional regulation, etc.) with patience and skill. Carol is a licensed driver, and with our car seats she regularly took the kids to parks, libraries, Lindsay Wildlife, and other age-appropriate educational outings. She kept track of local story times and events, made sure the kids were always properly dressed and prepared, and even managed swim-lesson days smoothly. She is highly educated and brought real value in teaching etiquette, language development, and independence. I saw noticeable growth in both of my boys during her time with us.
