About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as responsible, warm-hearted and energetic!! I've always been surrounded by children and feel naturally comfortable supporting their growth and development. I volunteered at a daycare in Brazil, helped care for my nieces and nephews from a young age, and for the past two years I've been living in the U. S. on a cultural exchange program supporting families with daily routines, school drop-offs, activities and creating a safe, fun and structured environment. I have experience with all ages, from babies and toddlers to older kids, and I truly enjoy planning outdoor activities that keep children active, confident and engaged. I'm passionate about sports, movement and positive connection, and my goal is always to create a calm, supportive and happy space where kids feel safe to be themselves and grow.
