About Caroline

Nurturing young minds is my greatest joy. With five years of experience, I offer attentive, one-on-one care. My graduate degree and coursework in Early Child Development provide me with a strong foundation. I am a Certified Teacher, and I also hold current First Aid and CPR Training. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing educational games with children that stimulate their minds. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day, using their preferred method. Light housekeeping is something I'm happy to help with. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives, and I'm eager to bring my skills and experience to your family. I provide a safe, nurturing and engaging in-home childcare environment that is rooted in Montessori principles and play-based learning. I offer planned toy rotations, sensory play experiences. And plenty of outdoor time to spark curiosity and keep learning fresh and exciting!
