About Caroline

In my caregiving role, I have helped with tasks like preparing meals, bathing, grooming, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping. I always make sure the person's comfort and dignity come first. I also understand how important emotional support is--whether that means having conversations, being a good listener, or simply being present during difficult moments. One of the most rewarding parts of caregiving has been building trust with the people I care for and their families. I take the time to understand their routines, preferences, and personalities so I can provide care that feels personal and respectful, not just routine. I've also learned to stay calm in emergencies and communicate clearly with healthcare professionals when needed.
