About Caroline

I have over 7 years of experience providing compassionate, reliable home care for individuals and couples. I take pride in supporting seniors with the day-to-day tasks that make life easier, safer, and more comfortable. I have extensive training and experience in caring for individuals with dementia. I worked for a home care agency for over 3 years and started off as a caregiver, later working my way into an HR role that was responsible for the hiring, training, and education for all caregivers. I assigned caregivers to their prospective clients based on experience, personality, background, location and availability. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, learning their stories, and creating a supportive environment where they can thrive. I am very adaptive to my clients and what their routine and interests are. My goal is always to promote dignity, independence, and peace of mind for both my clients and their families.
