I have experience babysitting my grandchildren (ages 1 month, 2, 4, 7, 10) part-time and I love spending time with them. They say I am a fun grandma. Carol has been with our family consistently for nearly two years. We hired her upon our return to work after parental leave-- it was a big decision as this was the first nanny we hired for our first child. Hiring Carol as a caregiver for our son was one of the best decisions we made, and it has been a joy to watch her and our son's friendship blossom as he is now a toddler. Carol is very active and has a wealth of medical knowledge and her own parenting experience that brought us comfort and insight, especially on the tough days when our son wasn't feeling well or was teething, going through growth spurts, etc. She is punctual, very communicative, and has been able to be flexible if needed. We also love that Carol brings a musical flair and enjoys reading as these are things our son greatly enjoys, too.
