I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Earning trust is essential to building a strong connection. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. As a caregiver with a high school degree, I have one year of experience. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
