I am a 51 yr mother of 4 young adult children. My 2 grown sons are serving in the military and my 2 daughters are in medical school . I've worked in hospitals and nursing homes as well as residential group homes. In PA I worked as a nursing supervisor with adults seniors and children with developmental disabilities. I also have worked as a nurse care manager for in home care companies where I trained and supervised caregivers working in home care. I also have worked as a home health and hospice nurse in the San Diego area. I have over 25 plus yrs experience working with seniors, young adults, children and infants doing in home care and home health. I have over 25 yrs experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and all other medical conditions. I'm comfortable with complete transfers and hoyer machines. I enjoy the outdoors and cooking. I am a world traveler. I have traveled to several countries around the world. I enjoy traveling and history. I am a photographer and I love fine art.

We hired Carol to look after our father who has Alzheimer's dementia. We traveled from Northern CA to San Diego and needed a caregiver so that we could attend a wedding. She was extremely flexible on helping us with regard to the time we were needing coverage, she arrived early, she asked pertinent and important questions relevant to my father's likes and dislikes, brought her iPad to stream movies and music for him, took him to exercise in our resort's gym, took him for a walk, fed him dinner, got him through his evening routine and had him in bed and asleep before we returned from the wedding!! She is so very kind and loving and my father liked her immediately (so did we)! She certainly has a way with older folks who have cognitive issues and is so experienced that we felt comfortable entrusting our father to her immediately after meeting her! If we lived in Southern CA I'd want her as his full-time caregiver!! She's amazing at what she does and is so understanding and sweet! Highly recommend her!!!
