I have mentored as a student learning coach and taught K-12th in a classroom for over 20 years, currently including home school environments and online. . Also currently working with students who have ADHD, Autism, and performance anxiety. As an experienced teacher, I teach all my students life skills and critical thinking to use for time management, work/life balance, organizational skills as it relates to their individual study habits and learning needs. I have a portfolio showing my previous work history in education, providing excellent references, my transcripts from Arizona State University Master's in Teaching. I also prepare High School student's for study habits, College Admissions, and work life balance time management skills.

We have been working with Carolyn B. (Mrs B) for a few months now, for our eight year old son and six year old daughter. We have in the past found that finding a tutor who is both experienced and committed to our kids learning can be a daunting task. With Carolyn we were put at ease instantly. Working with Carolyn has been a pleasure from day one. Carolyn takes the “extra step” to understand a child’s strengths and weaknesses and teaches accordingly. It has amazed us how she goes the extra mile and truly cares about our children’s education. She understands each child learns differently and is very receptive to understanding our kids needs. She teaches not only core curriculum but teaches life skills that our kids will use the rest of their lives. Skills that none of our children’s teachers have ever touched. She is engaging and makes learning fun and our kids enjoy learning with her. We would highly recommend Carolyn as a tutor and student coach
