With 40 years of experience as a caregiver, I'm passionate about supporting families by providing reliable care. I am a Registered Nurse, and my college degree complements my hands-on experience. Compassion and empathy guide my approach. I follow the family's preferred communication method. Earning trust and protecting dignity are important. I learn who my clients are, what is important to them, and I respect their culture. I assist with ADLs and mobility, maintain independence, adapt to changing routines, handle confusion , redirecting and de-escalating agitated clients. I am able to provide memory care activities. I am skilled in errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I find great joy in making a positive difference in the lives of others.
