I was a Licensed CNA with over 10 years of experience before switching to private duty homecare about 7 years ago. Carolyn cared for my Dad for over a year. She is an excellent caregiver and a great person. I cannot say enough great things about her!! My Dad went through a very traumatic event before Carolyn started caring for him, and she helped him deal with his issues. She treated my Dad like family, and always made sure to keep us informed on his wellbeing. She's kind, caring, compassionate, dependable, punctual, and very patient. My Dad is not the easiest person to deal with, but she handled him very nicely and professionally. She helped with all of his assisted daily living, and was a great companion to him. She made him happy, and our family felt very comfortable knowing she was with him daily. Carolyn truly loves her profession and she cares about her clients.
