We cannot recommend Caro highly enough. She was a wonderful nanny to our infant son, and the only reason we had to part ways was because we transitioned him into daycare. Caro is incredibly kind, caring, and dependable, and she made us feel completely safe and comfortable having her in our home and caring for our children. She communicated clearly and consistently, providing updates throughout the day, which we truly appreciated. She was also willing to work while our son was sick and handled those days with extra patience and care. On occasion, she also helped care for our 3-year-old daughter, and it was clear she is naturally great with kids of all ages. Caro was an easy and seamless fit into our household, including being wonderful with our giant dog. She is calm, trustworthy, and genuinely caring, and any family would be lucky to have her. We would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional nanny.
