About Casey

Casey is an amazing caregiver who has provided support to every our whole family. As an occasional caregiver to my mom, she is a cheerful and vibrant while remaining respectful and never infantilizing. She is unrushed and gentle in her interactions with my mother, which sets her at ease. Casey’s relaxed and confident approach extends to family members as well. My mother had a minor fall one night and I thought to call Casey on my way over to get her opinion as to whether I should call an ambulance or drive to the hospital ourselves; I wasn’t sure how to make that decision. The call dropped, but Casey intuitively guessed that I was calling about my mom and as she lives very close she just followed her hunch and went to my mother’s. I live only a few minutes away but when I got there Casey was already there, making an assessment and presiding over the situation with a calm authority that everyone needed! She correctly identified an area of injury and dressed my mother while explaining how she was putting my mom’s blouse on without injuring her or causing more pain. We all already were fans of Casey because of her authentically warm demeanor, but seeing her in action in an emergency revealed a whole other set of skills essential in caregiving. We are very lucky to have Casey in our lives!
