I have 20+years caring for children, as an educator as well as a child care worker. I love kids and am very playful. I don't have a age preference. I like to read, play games, and go places... pretty much whatever makes the kids happy.

We had a wonderful experience with Cassandra. We were coming from out of town and didn't know anyone in the NOLA area. From the moment I first talked to her, I knew she was the right person for the job. The girls had a great time with her. She's highly experienced, kind, attentive, and a total pro. We absolutely recommend her to any family who is looking for a sitter. 

Cassandra has a ton of experience with children and she was absolutely wonderful with my toddler. Would totally recommend!

Cassandra was fabulous! Our group hired her for a date night while visiting NoLA for Jazz Fest. We gave her three tired and wound up little boys. She created an instant rapport with each child, exuding a calm command that I found very reassuring. Within an hour, she texted us a status update that both toddlers were asleep and the oldest was tucked in and resting comfortably. We were able to spend our night catching with each other, knowing the kids were safe and happy.


We hired Cassandra to sit with our daughter while we were visiting New Orleans for vacation. We were meeting family, so it was hard to know the exact hours we needed. Thankfully, Cassandra was very flexible and worked with our schedule very well. She stayed multiple hours for 3 days, and even stayed later if we needed her. She was super sweet, and we will definitely use her again when we visit New Orleans. Would highly recommend her. Our daughter has even talked about her since we have been back home.         

We were in town for my nephews wedding. I saw Cassandra's profile and it immediately felt right. I contacted Cassandra online and then we spoke on the phone.  She seemed very warm and inviting and it just felt like the right choice.  I was really nervous because she would be babysitting my newborn(3mths) and he was never left alone with someone other than a family member. I told Cassandra my room number and she came right up at the start time. She met my other boys 6&8 yrs old and my husband. My kids warmed up to her really quickly and they said they liked her, which is really important coming from children. She was pleasant, she held my baby and he instantly started to smile. We did check in while at the wedding and she assured me that everything was okay. I came back to the room, she had cleaned the bottles and my baby was happy and that's all that mattered to me, he was okay. If there is any doubt in your mind, trust me, Cassandra is the absolute right choice! Thanks again Cassandra.

Cassandra was fantastic! My family came to New Orleans on a trip and she took care of our 5-month old several nights. She was so responsive leading up to our trip and put us entirely at ease when we met her. We’ll definitely be hiring her again!

cassandra was absolutely wonderful! it's hard to put trust in someone you've never met but the moment i spoke with cassie on the phone i was completely at ease. we were in town for a wedding and originally had planned to leave our 5 month old baby with cassie for only one or two nights and decided on three after talking with her and feeling so comfortable. she played, went on walks, did bedtime and even washed the bottles at the end of the night. could not have asked for a better babysitter and would use her again in a heartbeat!

Cassandra is a loving, energetic, and compassionate sitter. We felt very safe with her watching our toddler.

Cassandra was great with both our children and clearly comfortable with babies and toddlers. We didn't have an easy setup as we were traveling and in town for just a few days but nothing was too much trouble for Cassandra. She also had recommendations and ideas and went out of her way to bring extra materials and activities for our toddler. We hired Cassie for multiple days in a row and each time she came she was thinking ahead to the following day - being imaginative and thinking of new things to play. She managed multiple meals/feeds, bath times and bedtimes showing that she has a wealth of experience to draw on. Our children really quickly warmed to her and were happy every time she arrived. It was especially sweet to see the bond she formed with our toddler. We are grateful that Cassandra allowed us to go out and enjoy the sights of New Orleans. Overall, Cassandra is experienced, caring nanny who is clearly a mother herself and has a real love for children.

Cassandra was absolutely a dream come true. I had so much anxiety about hiring a babysitter while on vacation in New Orleans, but all my stress went away after my first conversation with Cassie. She cared for my infant as if he was her own, I can't recommend her enough. I am a travel agent, and I will be continuing to recommend her to my clients traveling to New Orleans. She was so sweet and loving, my son attached to her right away and fell asleep in her arms within moments of meeting her! She was extremely communicative, sent me constant updates and photos (per my request.. lol sorry Cassie!), was super flexible on what days and times we needed, even helped us out with recommendations on food and local fun as well! 10 out of 10! We hired Cassandra while we were visiting New Orleans. We mostly needed her in the evenings after our little man was asleep, but she was very dependable and has a lot of experience with children (5 of her own). We would definitely use her again if in the area.

Cassandra was so sweet with our children and engaged so much especially with our 3 year old making him feel comfortable without having met her before. She even went out of her way to buy activities for the kids to do in the hotel room. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and professional. We would highly recommend her and will be hiring her again when we come back to NOLA.

Cassandra cared for my 3 year old in my hotel room for 3 days while I was at a conference in New Orleans. We had a very good experience and would recommend her. She is very experienced (being a mother of 5 herself!) and knows what to do in any circumstance, whereas younger babysitters are easily lost and confused. She brought a host of toys for them to play with, and she also knew the area well and took my daughter to a park that she loved. She also sent a bunch of pictures from their activities, which I appreciated, not every babysitter realizes that this helps when you're away from your child, but because Cassandra is a mother too, she knows. Just make sure to mention it if you don't do screen time, I didn't think to mention it and found the TV on when I came back the first two days. After I mentioned it, it was fine.
Overall, we will definitely work with Cassandra again next time we're in New Orleans!

We had discussed the times we were going to need her over 2 days and she agreed. The first night while we were out on a boat, she texted me to let me know that she didn't know we were planning on coming back so late and she had made plans and wanted us home sooner than planned. I chalked it up to a misunderstanding on her part. I was not happy that she had not put the baby to sleep for the night as I had asked her to do. She had been hired for a split day the next day, babysit in the AM into the early PM, have a 2.5 hour break and come back for the evening. 10 mins. before she was due to arrive for the PM shift, she texted to let me know she was going to be one hour late because of traffic! We ended up having to cancel because that wouldn't allow us to arrive to our function (the reason we were in town) in enough time. To top it off, I had already paid her a little extra to cover the cost of the valet for that evening. Because of all this, I would not hire again. It was disappointing.

We've had a very good experience with Cassandra. She has worked for us full-time for the past six months. Cassandra is very engaging and our 21 month old daughter loves her. She keeps our daughter on a well-structured program of reading, playing, meals, napping, and going to the playground. Cassandra emphasizes reading. Whenever I leave for work, or return home, the two of them are usually immersed in a book. It's been a great help to our child's development.

She was an awesome  sitter.  She showed up on time and  went right away to our child to make her feel comfortable.  She did activities  with our child  and gave is a peace of mind. We will  definitely  use her every time we go to New Orleans.  Parents of your  looking for a good and reliable  sitter for your  child then book her early  because she fills up quickly.  She also took the time  to send us a personal  note  when we were heading back home to  wish us a safe  journey.  Its the small  details  that she does  that makes her a great  sitter definitely will use her again.
