Cassandra was great! Needed a last minute kitchen move out clean and she was able to accommodate and did a fantastic job. I will use her services again. 

Lack of clear, concise communication regarding scheduling.

Cassandra has been working with us since fall 2021. She is timely and gets the job done.  When things do come up and she has to come late or on another day she communicates it and makes sure that a rescheduled time or date works for us. Likewise, I've had to reschedule a few times and she is always great about accommodating our crazy life.  Any minor concerns I've had about her work (missing the ceiling fans) were easily fixed with direct communication. I'm so glad we found her.

Cassandra gave me the date she wanted to come. I took off work to accommodate the date she gave me. I message her two days prior to the date to confirm and get details.  She messaged me back saying she's overbooked and I will have to pick another day. There is more than one reason why this is such an inconvenience to me to back out at the last minute with an excuse of being overbooked when the date was given to me. No apologies or anything. Very unprofessional and rude.

Ms Cassandra is a lovely lady.  She is a very efficient cleaner.  We had her in once to clean and she did a lovely job.  Sadly she never showed up for the following scheduled clean. No contact either.

Cassandra is a lovely woman of God. She is trustworthy and dependable. Her cleaning skills are in a league unmatched by most. There is a high demand for her service and I fully understand why. I would definitely hire her again and again as the need arises and her availability allows me too. Thank you Cassandra. And thank you Care.com

Cassandra was caring and very meticulous in her way of cleaning the space. I felt safe, and really enjoyed having her helping me out!

Very nice and friendly, down to earth! I would've hired her but I'm in the process of interviewing others. I just need to see my other options, she had to move forward but I do appreciate her time and the opportunity.
