About Cassidy

Since I was 9 years old, I have been a babysitter for families inside and outside my own. Most of the children between infancy and 12 years, some even older than that. I have been involved in preparation of snacks, diaper changing, homework help, managing play, ensuring all-encompassing safety and teaching basic skills to kids. My proven support and enthusiasm in every nature of child care is clear. I have also learned to help children facing diverse anxiety and interaction problems through refocusing techniques to offer children a chance to better understand their big emotions. Children have been such an influential part of my life from very early on and as much as I would say I have taught them, they have taught me so much more. It's part of the reason I wish to grow up with a job in pediatric medicine. Children are so full of life and vibrancy, absorbing everything the world has to offer. That's why I wish to continue babysitting while I'm in college.
