In daycare, I was an infant room lead teacher caring and providing activities for up to 12 infants at a time with a wonderful team. Cassidy was our nanny when my kiddos were 5 to 6 and one to two. She’s literally the best child caregiver that I have ever met in my years as a parent, and fellow childcare worker. She treated my children like they were her own family, and she has become family to us! She is reliable, communicative, energetic, creative, and safety oriented. She always had wonderful ideas for outings and activities for the kids that ranged from the aquarium, to sensory bins, pretending games to crafts, cooking projects, and playing in the stream. She helped me with so many kid and toddler milestones like potty training, napping on their own, learning letters, and numbers and getting ready for school. She also taught them to swim! Can’t recommend her highly enough!
