About Cassidy

Hi! My name is Cassidy and I am a 22-year-old part-time college student attending SUNY New Paltz. I started caring for kids when I was 15 as a long-term Day Camp Counselor, working with campers ranging in ages from 3-12 for six summer seasons. I have owned and look after a variety of animals since I was very young, including small and large dogs, indoor and outdoor cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and fish. Currently I have a cat and two dogs, a yellow Labrador and a miniature dachshund, who I love to spend my spare time with. My skills include, above all, the ability to multitask and the ability to be and remain patient in all kinds of circumstances. My teaching certification in Early Childhood/Elementary Education (Birth-6th grade) is pending, and while I am finishing my Bachelor's degree, I am looking to gain some further experience within the Pet caretaking field.
