About Catalina

I am a mom, of 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren. I am currently ending my past career as pharmacy technician and would like to spend remainder of time helping other young families. I know child care can be very challenging and I am offering my help. I am very adamant with providing balanced nutrition preferable organic or local foods. I feel it plays a huge role in your child's behavior, sleep and happiness. Activities to stimulate, creativity, such as art and music. Teaching independence, empathy and perception. I raised all my children this way, and by experience, I still strongly believe it helps balance emotions creating a healthy foundation for a child's future.
