With 3 years dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors & adults, I've invested myself in constant improvement in quality of care for those in assisted living facilities & also providing personalized one-on-one services in-home. My journey has been one of continuous growth, leading me to earn my Registered Medication Aide license in VA. I prioritize compassionate, detail-oriented care, ensuring the well-being & independence of those I support. Skilled in adapting to individual needs, de-escalating stressful situations, & providing empathetic assistance, I also offer practical support with errands, light housekeeping, & meal preparation. Open communication with families is key, providing updates via verbal discussions, texts, or phone calls, per their preferences. My goal is to bring my knowledge & aid to your family, ensuring your loved one feels valued & supported.
