I started working with kids in 2014 where I worked in an infant/todd classroom for 3 years before becoming the director of the entire center. My job was to ensure all centers followed state licensing regulations. After that I began my infant care specialist journey. Catherine was a godsend and she began in his first few weeks of life . She gave us the beauty of sleep because we trusted her with our infant son overnights. She didn’t just comfort him when he woke up in the middle of the night or help sleep training him, but also played with him. She did physical exercises with him to improve his strength. She challenged him with learning. She entertained him with reading. She absolutely adored him. If I had another baby, I would hire her again in a heartbeat. After a year or so of her help, we still requested her assistance on date nights. She is flexible with her hours.
