She was on time every day, she followed schedules, and also has experience with kids so overall managed our infant very well. We offered her fixed hours and gave a reasonable gas allowance. She ultimately quit for her own reasons after one month. I think she mentioned were too detailed and tough with requirements. we just wanted the best environment for our infant. we are sorry for that I suppose. Overall I believe Cecilia is a great nanny.
