After supporting my father through his illness and now supporting my mother through her dementia, I have developed a passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being. I have one year of experience and a graduate degree. I am CPR trained. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I focus on understanding a care recipient's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I can adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I provide transportation, run errands, do housekeeping, help with pets, and prepare meals. I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
