I've had many different opportunities to be an assistant to elders. The first was over 25 yrs ago, the grandmother of the children I was a nanny for, got sick quickly and needed care - I offered to care for her if they moved her in to the family house. The unique experience of aiding her through those last years of her life - has always stayed with me, as if felt like it was TRULY IMPORTANT to both her and her family. So now, with all my knowledge and experience in health and wellness, I bring a unique approach to care taking.
