Hi! I'm Chantal. I'm a fun and spontaneous person, and I genuinely love making people feel cared for and not alone. I have about a year of experience working with seniors, and over time I've learned how important patience, kindness, and simply being present really are. I try to take my time to understand each person, their routine, what they like, and what makes them feel comfortable. I'm very calm and gentle, especially in moments where someone might feel confused or overwhelmed. My goal is always to make things feel a little easier and lighter for them. I can help with things like errands, light cleaning, and meal prep, and I'm CPR trained as well. I also make sure to keep families updated in whatever way they prefer, because I know how important trust and communication are.
