My experience as a senior caretaker has taught me how important compassion and patience are when supporting older adults. I've assisted clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while also offering companionship and emotional support. I've worked with seniors who have dementia and mobility challenges, so I've learned to adapt care plans and maintain a calm, positive attitude in stressful situations. What I value most is building trust and helping clients feel safe, respected, and cared for in their own homes.
