About Charity

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing in regard to Charity E., whom I believe is the best choice for your open childcare position. I have known Charity for several months, during which I have gotten to know to know her quite well. My child, and all other children who spend time around Charity, have a great deal of fun and are never bored. But that's not the quality that makes for a good childcare provider. Charity is able to walk that fine line between "the fun one" and "the disciplinarian." That is not an easy task, but Charity manages it with ease, and as such is able to retain the children's respect. We may not always think that a child respecting us is important, but it really does go a long way in keeping a child (and, in the process, his/her caregiver) happy. Charity?s ability to gain a child's respect convinces me that she is destined to be in this line of work. Most importantly, Charity is one of a dozen or so caregivers I interviewed and she was the only one who is in it for the right reasons. She takes her charge very seriously and makes you fully aware of her competence before she has even cared for your child. Please be assured that I'm not speaking abstractly, I want you to know that Charity has cared for my child very often, and I trust her with him implicitly. Anytime I am in need of a childcare provider, I think of Charity, so I do not hesitate in recommending in hiring her for the position. I strongly encourage you to jump at the opportunity to have her care for your children.
