About Charlene

I am a Fitness Therapist with a strong background in personal wellness and physical support. For the last four years. I had to step away from my career to become a full-time caregiver of my mother. She has recently passed away and throughout that experience I developed an understanding how much need is out there for our elderly. I would like to continue being a caregiver for part-time I offer in-home caregiving Support, including transportation to appointments and errands and meal preparing. I can also provide personal fitness and mobility training. I am bilingual in both Spanish and English. I truly believe that caregiving is more than a job. It's a way to get back and help make a difference. I am highly allergic to cats. I cannot unfortunately be around them.
