About Charlene

With over 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. My background includes roles as a mental health counselor, after-school teacher, and nanny for two families over the span of 8 years. I continue to work with one family, providing overnight care when the parent travels. I hold a degree in Psychology with a focus on child development, equipping me with a deep understanding of children's emotional and cognitive needs. I am flexible, patient, and a great listener, skilled in problem-solving and fostering positive relationships. I am currently a full- time Realtor with a passion for childcare. I am available to fill in for full-time nannies when they are sick or on vacation, willing to care for sick children when parents can't take time off work, and babysitting for date nights.
