Hi. I have 25 years of childcare experience. Childten are my passion! I just finish nannying for a family for 3 years, with 4 sweet children, 4-year-old(twins), 6 and 9(special needs). Both parents are physicians I created and implemented daily a stimulating structured schedule. Consisted of music, art, outdoor activities, educational learning,, sensory and fine motor play. Assisted with drop offs/pick ups, all activities and appointments. Overnight care as well. I have also nannied for two other amazing families. With each family for 31/2 years. I never considered it a job, felt I was apart of another family. Worked 4 years as a lead 4yr old teacher in a daycare center. Creative Curriculum. I loved it! What great joy to be greeted each morning with hugs and curious minds. Also have worked with special need children. My kids love to be with Charlene because she always makes sure she is fully engaged with them and attentive to their needs. She is creative and kind and my kids consider her like family. She encourages my kids to engage in activities that require them to use their bodies and their minds, but she also knows their personalities really well and their emotional needs. When they're having a bad day she no it's exactly how to make them feel better. Charlene is such a wonderful role model and such a positive influence in m's life. She is the babysitter that all moms and dads want for their kids. She's always on time, she is flexible and willing to help out in anyway. Charlene is a treasure!
