A bit about my experience, I worked at the YMCA as a camp counselor at the age of 16. I went on to I become an assistant teacher at Kids Community college at the age of 20. Honestly that was the best experience in my teaching career. I wasn't just working with one age group I was switching classes from infants to 6 years old. During the summer there, I was the main teacher to lead the summer group, ages 5-14 years old. After that a family friend needed a nanny so I became a live in nanny for a five & 1-year-old. Now after a few years of being a babysitter/nanny I have one of my own, I bought a home to turn into a daycare!(I don't have a license yet so I will only be watching two kids at a time in my home for now) I would love to be able to build that trust with families that would be comfortable with me watching their kids at my home.
