Charlotte (aka Charli) went above and beyond with her communication, work ethic, and absolute adoration for our 16 year old puggle and 2 year old princess cat! They are our babies and we were very worried leaving them for that long as they love attention. She sent us multiple photos and videos and made us feel so at ease while we were gone for two weeks. I cannot recommend her enough! She was such a pleasure to work with!
