About Charlotte

I'm a UC Berkeley student and Division I rower who genuinely enjoys caring for kids and supporting families. I have about three years of experience working with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, and I bring a calm, friendly, and reliable approach to every family I work with. In addition to babysitting, I've coached at youth rowing camps with groups of 50+ kids, which taught me how to keep children engaged, active, and safe in high-energy environments. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always follow parents' preferred routines and communication styles. I love spending time outdoors, playing games, and keeping kids moving rather than stuck on screens. I've completed CPR and First Aid training in the past and understand proper safety procedures. I have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to and from jobs, and I'm comfortable with pets. I enjoy getting to know each family and creating a safe, positive environment for their child.
