With 15 years of experience, I bring a passion for fostering children's growth and development to every family I work with. I am comfortable caring for up to five children across a broad age range, including those with medical needs, Down syndrome, autism, and complex disabilities. My qualifications include a college degree, First Aid Training, CPR Training, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Teacher, Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development Associate (CDA), and Early Child Development Coursework. I am creative, friendly, and understanding, and I communicate openly with parents using their preferred methods, including detailed daily reports. I enjoy outdoor activities, sports, crafts, and educational games. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and providing assistance with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality and finding ways to make learning fun!
