Hey, I'm Charma! I'm 19 and based in Pompano Beach. I've always had a strong connection with kids. especially from helping care for my younger brother who has special needs. That experience shaped how patient, emotionally aware, and nurturing I am today. I genuinely love being around kids. I don't just watch them, I talk to them, engage with them, and learn from them. I believe kids deserve to be heard, and I always make space for their voice, imagination, and joy. I'm also super creative, so whether it's coming up with fun games, arts & crafts, storytelling, or helping them express themselves, I bring a lot of energy and ideas to every day. I'm flexible with scheduling, open to all age groups, and treat every child like family. I value structure, but I also understand how to meet kids where they are, with kindness, patience, and fun.
