Caring for others it's a calling rooted in my experience assisting my uncle through his cancer journey. For 17 years, I've been honored to provide compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, Patient Care Technician, Direct Support Worker. I understand the importance of adapting to changing needs, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion with patience and empathy. I am skilled in respite care, live-in care, personal care, and medical management. I also provide transportation to medical appointment's, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I provide updates, communicate via text or phone, and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. My experience & employment is in home health, acute hospital and long term assisted living care. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car.
