Hi families! My name is Chelsea, and I bring over five years of hands-on childcare experience-combining my background in behavioral health and early childhood care. Before becoming a full-time nanny, I spent two years working one-on-one in ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth. For the past three years, I've been a dedicated full-time nanny, caring for children from infancy through early school age.
