For over 10 years, I have been dedicated to helping students excel. I hold a graduate degree and focus on building confidence and a love for learning. I vary my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems to adapt to your student's individual learning style. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples. Celebrating small successes and encouraging curiosity are essential to my approach. Open communication is key to understanding your student's needs and progress. I can help with English, Science, Study Skills, and History at the elementary and high school levels. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a car, and I am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, the library, or a coffee shop. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to helping your student achieve their academic goals!
