Hi I have seven years of childcare experience. 3 years at my high school I worked with children 3-5. I made lesson plans implemented activities to help them be ready for kindergarten. After high school I went on to work at a daycare where I cared for children of all ages. I ended up moving up and became the lead toddler teacher after 4 years. I made lessen plans kept track of their milestones and help them develop their fine and gross motor skills. I have also worked with infants before I moved to toddlers. Which I also kept track of the milestones they reached and kept track of the ounces they drank. I love working with kids because they are so care free and very creative.
