I'm an experienced childcare worker with both experiences in the school setting, along with as an in-home nanny. I spent three years as a substitute para educator, 3 years as a nanny and have taught in the public school setting for 2 years. I have a Bachelors in Special and Elementary Education and 2 Master's, one in Curriculum and Instruction and the other in Elementary Mathematics. Chelsea is absolutely amazing with my kids! They loved her right from the start. She is patient and kind and also holds boundaries. She helped me with extra tasks that I didn't expect from her. She checked my oldest's lunch box to let me know what he ate and didn't finish. She works well with my autistic son. She stays calm through the chaos of 3 year old twins and an autistic 6 year old. She is so flexible and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about her!
