I provide transportation, hospice services, home health, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
