Hello, I have experience with Dementia as I have taken care of my mom for 5 years. It's a terrible disease and people affected with this disease need to be treated with dignity and respect. I love elderly people I spend time visiting people I don't even know in the convalescent home that my mom now is in. We finally had to make the decision because it was no longer feasible to care for her in our home. Breaks my heart every day that she can't be home with me but I visit her daily. I am a compassionate caring person that you can feel comfortable leaving your loved one with.
