I’ve observed Olivia with kids multiple times in the few years I’ve known her and the way kids gravitate towards her is a sight to see. She finds activities that get them involved instead of only dictating the schedule possibly forcing them to engage in something they don’t care about. The kids in her vicinity actually want to engage with her and be watched by her instead of breaking down into tears when their parents have to leave.
