I am a compassionate, dependable senior caregiver with over seven years of hands-on experience supporting older adults in home and assisted-living settings. I provide both day-shift and overnight care and am CPR and First Aid certified. My experience includes meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility and transfer support, bathing and personal hygiene, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and companionship.
