About Christen

Hi, my name is Christen but I like to go by Jess. I've always enjoyed getting to know people and caretaking. I would be best for those in need of companionship, help with medications, meal prep (I'm a great cook), and light house keeping. I could also offer transportation and errands assistance. I have never professionally cared for a senior citizen or a person with disabilities, however, I have experience through helping family members all throughout my life. I have done things like help clean around the house (laundry, sweeping and mopping, and dishes), ensure that medications are taken as prescribed, as well as cooking specially tailored meals for family members in need. I'm comfortable following special dietary restrictions as well. I do have limited hours because I am a stay at home mom these days, however, I am willing to seek childcare as needed depending on the job description and hours requested of me.
