My name is Christen and I am 40 years old. I am a mother of 2 boys (ages 17 and 11). I have cared for children of all ages since I was 13 years old when my first niece was born. My heart especially melts for babies, but I enjoy all stages and ages of kids! Besides beginning infant care over 25 years ago and being a part of my 3 niece's upbringing, I have worked with many families in Colorado full-time and part-time. I have experience in a Montessori setting and other early childhood education. I encourage natural development and communication with children. I love informing children when they ask questions. We are a very musical family, playing multiple instruments and singing. I really enjoy creating art/crafts and playing family games too. Having dance parties is the best! I am currently looking for a full-time position starting at $30 for one child. Thank you!

Christen was incredibly patient and caring with our 13 month old with special needs. She was very detail oriented and a great communicator. We will absolutely reach out to her in the future to help with any of our care needs.

Christen was fabulous, supporting our family during our first ever night away from our 3 month old, for a family wedding. She made us feel completely at ease throughout the night, accompanying us to the family photos so our daughter could be in the pics, and providing just the right amount of updates so we could comfortably enjoy our evening. 
Would absolutely recommend Christen to anyone looking for childcare. She was extremely professional and prepared, asked all the right questions, and was so easy to coordinate and work with.

Christen filled in to watch our infant son (10 months) for a week while our regular nanny was on vacation. From the moment she walked in, Christen had a huge smile on her face and was ready to get to work. She was eager to learn our son’s schedule and did a fantastic job of sticking to it. The one thing I appreciated most about christen  (other than being super sweet!) is her knowledge about infants. She gave me tons of tips and tricks - including safety observations in light of our soon-to-be mobile son! - that were incredibly useful (especially as first time parents). Christen also did an amazing job of providing regular updates while I was at work, including implementing a user friendly app tracking my son’s activities, feedings and diaper changes. In short, I can’t recommend Christen enough!

Christen watched our 2 boys (4, 1), picked one up from preschool and cared for them in our home. They absolutely loved playing with her and I loved knowing they were safe, happy, and well cared for. Christen is a mom herself, so she easily steps in and hits the ground running. She is reliable, professional, and friendly. I recommend her highly!

Christen worked as a nanny for our 3M old for 2 days/week for 2.5 months. Our daughter loved her. She was great with interacting with her. She is very communicative and was always on time. Even though our daughter is now in daycare we will definitely use Christen as we can as a babysitter.

I can't recommend Christen enough! She was quickly available to help with our newborn and made things so much less stressful for me and my husband during those early days. Our baby loves her and smiles every time he sees her. Christen loves the children in her care as her own and it shows.

This woman is a Rock Star! I am worried that if I share how much we love having her, that she won't be available the next time we need her! She's always on time, and usually early! She's wonderful with communication and quick to respond! Not to mention that our son and our pup love her! We would 100% hire her again and again!!!

Christen is an absolute gem! I found myself in a bind, unexpectedly needing full time childcare for 2 weeks. I found Christen on Care, we had a phone call and then introduced our families to each other in a park on a Sunday and she started the next morning, not missing a beat. I left her some basic instructions and gave her a walk through of our home and she immediately hit the ground running. My 11 month old adored her, and she was incredibly professional, caring, and helpful. She consistently asked if there was anything additional she could assist with and being a mom herself, she had a knack for spotting things that would make my life easier. Our son fell sick while Christen was caring for him and she was so patient and sweet, making sure he had what he needed. She knew we were preparing for a big trip toward the end of her time with us so she helped with laundry, and went above and beyond to offer to do a deep clean of our house to disinfect since our son was sick before we left. She also bought my son an early birthday gift knowing he is coming up on his first birthday. She is communicative, thoughtful, playful, and truly cares for the children she supports. I can't recommend Christen highly enough!

Christen is absolutely wonderful. She arrived on time, kept in great communication with me, sent me pictures and updates on the kiddos, and was all around the best sitter I could ask for. My daughters both loved her and ask me when she is going to come back again. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love, love LOVE christen! Did I mention We love her?! She is so wonderful with the kids and incredibly dependable. She's the only one the baby actually likes and doesn't cry immediately when they arrive. We will use her over and over! 

If you decide to use Christen for your childcare needs, your kiddos will be in great hands! She is a terrific babysitter that has ample experience, a true love for children, and a warm and friendly demeanor that helps kids (and parents) to relax and feel comfortable with her immediately. She is flexible and accommodating as well as punctual and professional. You will be informed of the day or night's activities, meals, play, etc. There is a reason why Christen has such great reviews-do not hesitate to connect with her for your needs.

Christen was very sweet, she got on the floor and played with my 20 month old girl while we talked through the interview. My daughter is shy and took to her well. You could tell she was a caring person who would love on the little ones :) and also understanding as a mom herself. 

Christen was amazing! We couldn't be happier. She helped us with a last minute child care need for our 14 month old son. She was so kind and sweet with him and sent us pictures and a log of his daily activities. We will use her going forward for our child care needs. Thank you Christen!!!!

Christen is one of those rare adults that remembers how to play.  She's so much fun and my kids loved having her over.  My daughter, during her separation anxiety phase, would take comfort from Christen when she wouldn't even take it from her Daddy because Christen is just such a warm and tuned in natural Mama.  Christen would also bring her kiddos along from time to time and they were just a wonderful addition to the fun - so well behaved and pleasant and my kids loved them too.  I highly recommend Christen and we all miss having her over since we moved away!

Words cannot express how AWESOME Christen is! I was very nervous about finding a babysitter for my 3 year old daughter, but minute I met her I felt at ease and knew my daughter would be in caring, capable hands. She goes above and beyond for the children she cares for and their families. My daughter loves her and her sweet sons! She is professional, kind, friendly, and fun! Our family is so blessed to have her in our lives. 

I would recommend Christen to anyone looking for child care. She has been taking care of our infant and clearly enjoys being around him and always keeps us informed on how his day is going. She has been very reliable and makes it easy to plan my work schedule.
