I am trained in CPR and skilled in home health, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is essential to me.
