20 Years of math tutoring, mostly in student's homes. I try to make math fun for the students by trying to incorporate their other interests into the math tutoring. After graduation from UC Berkeley, I attended Cal State Hayward (now CSU East Bay) and received my elementary and secondary teaching credentials. Unable to find a teaching job, I worked in environmental and food science for 29 years and enjoyed sharing my work with others at science conferences. After that career I started tutoring. I now truly enjoy tutoring and try to help my students enjoy math.
