I have cared for older and elderly people with dementia, neurological disorders, people on the spectrum, that are quadriplegic, and suffer with depression. I've trained with hospice teams, occupational therapist, physical therapist, massage therapist, and holistic health practitioners. Job duties: consultation advisement, mentor, relief support, comfort management, emotional support, motivate to inspire their quality of life, medication reminders, meal preparation, cooking, help with personal hygiene, skin care, companionship, exercise/physical therapy/ROM, mock facials, nail care, mock massage therapy, swim therapy, help feed out of a feeding tube, diaper change, change linens while occupied, light housekeeping, decluttering and organization, laundry, running errands, setting appointments, transfers, transportation, and quadriplegic bowel program/digital support, and manage household.
