I'd describe my personality as creative, nurturing, compassionate, silly, active. I like working with kids because they're the most real / unpredictable humans, and I'm an artist, which offers an amazing, expansive opportunity to share creative skills & bring that zest for life into childrens' lives, & continue to learn from their unique perspectives. My daughter is 16, and every age is a fun exploration! I seek a job that allows me to provide a family with nurturing, responsive, reliable support, service & communication. I hope a family will find me to be the right fit for their creative, active, outdoor-loving kids. I started working with kids when I was a teen. In my spare time, I like to create art & poetry, play guitar, take photos, gardening, hike, snowshoe, bake / sing & dance with my teen, yoga & cold-swim year-round in icy water! My skills include nurturing care and deep listening to long kid stories, and creating art projects.
